MSN Messenger

I have a friend who claims a m8 of his set up his messenger to login as his user@domainname, instead of [email protected] etc. I have been trying to figure this out as makes very little sense how it is possible, but would be so useful if it could be done.

I have another m8 who also says he's seen it done. But nobody knows how!!!

Anyone any ideas?

i dont use my hotmail account to log in. changed it in microsoft passport.

my friend uses [email protected] to login, i dont know how he does it, i'll ask him when he comes online.
