MPEG1 2 MPEG2 Conversion

Can anyone help with this one.
Trying to put 2 or 3 Vcd movies onto 1 Dvdr.
Can't find anything to convert mpeg1 into mpeg2.
Any ideas would be great!!!!!!:Clap:
