Moped insurance.

Hi guys need some help plz.

My boy turns 16 next week and we have bought him his first moped.

I/we have been trawling the web looking for insurance for him.Some of the quotes we have had for T.P-TPFT are horrendous.

Any of you guys and gals know any reputable sites that are not gonna rip me off?

Any input,greatly appreciated.

the last 3 years Ive insured my Vespa this site has come out cheapest by far

Motorbike Insurance - compare cheap bike insurance policies | TESCO Compare

Im a lot older than your son lol but for an example for me, standard insurance company is about £130/£160

cheapest on Tesco Compare was £88 thats fully comp all with the same excess

Im not saying they will be the cheapest for you mate but worth looking at

Mine is due next month so am on the lookout myself

Managed to get it sorted through Aviva in the end.
Was £271 T/P only but was by far the cheapest of the top companies.

really sorry i missed this but i have a friend who is a scooter enthusiast like myself but he does insurance he trades under tr youngs allstylles i live in the worst postcode in the country and i pay £110 a year fully comp with breakdown i also must add that this is the only insurer i have found that will give you a classic policy on a cbt anything pre 91 is classic insurance (for those who dont know ) get the kids a fizzy better than any twist and twat
