Mobile Phones Mobile vCard Data

I have a memory card from a dead mobile that contains my contacts in the format of a vCard file. I have just bought a no frills phone to get me through for the time being. However it does not take memory cards. How can I open the vCard file up on my pc to get the contacts details so I can manually add them to my phone? I have tried Outlook but can't figure out how to get from one contact to the next.

Any help would be appreciated.
