Missing channels

Hello it's me again lol I'm missing a lot of channels after I do a son on both spark and e2 p
Any ideas why?? And me satellite is defiantly working coz my openbox x3 uses the dish and picks up all channels

Might be one of two things first try to do a rescan next it might be your openbox X3 switch that off do a rescan and see, if your channels come back then it is the openbox. If like other openboxes, the x3 is putting out a higher voltage to the lnb to cure this the voltage needs to be reduced using a capacitor or on fleabay there were ready made kit selling for about £4.00 or £5.00.

Hi thanks.....I don't use the x3 when I'm usising the amiko it's only used because I can't use the amiko. I swap the boxes around

The only other thing I can suggest is have you updated your channel list, channels are always moving from one transponder to another.
