iPad messed up ipad 2

hi guys

Tried installing an app via cydia last week, and now my ipad is stuck in a restart loop. I've got it in to recovery mode, but it wants to update to ios 7.1.1 which cant be jail broken. Is there anything i can do or will i just have to bite the bullet?

whats iOS was it on?

they will probably have stopped signing older versions of iOS now.

its on ios 7 but i think only the latest version is being signed
