I would be surprised if they get let off with a fine.
They already had a fine a few years ago and carried on flouting FFP.
So they should either enforce the ban or drop it alltogether and scrap FFP.
Given what they've been up to I dont think a fine and ban is enough. Make them put on a UTD shirt in thier next game or even use the UTD team. Only then will they learn their lesson.
