chaps need some advise on making a will, got a big operation coming up after christmas and a will is something i forgotten about so what options are available to me.

Only two bits of advice M8. Decide what you would want to happen then go visit a solicitor.

Problem with DIY wills is the wording is REALLY important - a solicitor will ensure the wording cannot be challenged (unless, of course, you're a loaded rich bar steward) lol

If you know what you want to happen it's fairly cheap to get a solicitor to get it down on paper :)

cheers for advise m8, dont surpose you have any idea what this will cost me, as solicitor dont come cheap.

I went to a solicitor once for advice,
How much do you charge? I asked,
£100 for 3 questions he replied.
Is that not a bit expensive? Said I,
I don't think so said he,and what's your last question
