Magic switch fitting???

I finally cracked it by putting a piece of decent tape over the sensor and using parts A & B,The magic switch part C I sent would not fit in the hinge as my PS2 was the recent model and the hole has been blocked off and I found magic keys part C a little too hit and miss,
There's an american forum with lots of detail but the main confusion seems to be as to what model console and what Keys/switch you get!,
I was unable to open the console fully but did manage to get my finger in enough to stick the tape on,It is a bit of a minefield but can be done!,anyone that needs a little help as to the way I did it please feel free to ask!!!!And THANKS rat!!!

really pleased u got it sussed m8 :Hit: now u can play ur back up discs lol


one more bit of advice I can give u, if this is for the kids please make sure the put the swap discs back in there case as mine is now scratched and cant be used
a word of warning lol
I think my daughter was trying to put the disc on as it was spinning
they always learn the hard way
