Do you think the box itself is at fault

No but there is something odd going on, youve factory reset it but id go one further and reflash the firmware.

This box is it connected to the same provider as the mag that is working ?

Thank you for the reply the url is correct and the iptv provider have the right mac address. I have reset the box to factory settings and I still get the message even when not connected to the net. Do you think the box itself is at fault

Informir are now owned by google, or are working with google from what i remember to block this content. IIRC you have to flash them with some custom firmware, and that'll get around it. I'd check the software version on both boxes, i'd presume one is much higher than the other.

There's always a good chance someone simply brute forced your mac address and is using your account. These are even being posted here. The account security is poor for these devices and it's probably a better idea simply to head to Android.
