lost davic connection

hi there mates box gone down ex/cw.pace4010 same as the one im using im in ex /cw looked in eng menu. says lost davic connection. also when i power up box it says channel temp unavailable. and no channel numbers on box.any ideas. cheers radders

Wrong box for your area mate.
Excw and TW use docsis whereas pure areas use davic. Maybe they have found a way to stop boxes working out of area?

Brother still has a 4010 working in ex C/W so might no be that
