lost all satellites

scanned all satellites from 28 to 30 west all fine on my new cloud ibox 2 then went in to satellite manager and everything just went now I cant get a thing , tried to factory reset but all I get in Turner configuration are " All satellites 1-4 " nothing else not hotbird, astra etc , whats going on how do I get it all back , help please , only brought it yesterday , very frustrated
