logging on problem

if you right click over the poppy banner an right click then select 'inspect element" the banner covers the user name input and not the password

That is the problem resizing the screen sorts it, well done those who took part in sorting it:Clap::Clap:

Hi

Having problems logging in. Hand just hover over name. Only way to login in is to click onLogin and login in new window.

Hi Jaymes,

What Resolution is your display ?

Seems it might be an issue with our LOGO sizes on smaller resolutions ?

Let me know.

Mick

Hi

Laptop 1400 x 1050

Desktop 1024 x 768

Same problem on both.

Previously I overcame the problem by positioning the cursor to the right of the login screen then bringing it across.

Do what I do, hold down the control key and move the mouse wheel at the same, time take it down 1 notch this sorts it

This happens on any browser I use (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and also on my Android phone), if the page is not expanded the banner covers the login box

Hi
decreasing resolution solves Login Problem then have to increase again to read.

Hi jaymes et al,

I think this has been mentioned before on this thread... but I have had the same issue recently and what I have been doing to solve the problem is...

Position cursur anywhere on DW christmas/snowman graphic
Right-click and select 'Inspect Element (Q)' from the drop-down box
Click the img ▼ button (above graphic) and select 'Delete Node' from the drop-down box

You can then login as normal
After you login the graphic returns on screen (as normal)

I hope this helps...

Best Wishes,
Zorch
