Lip sync intermittently out

Delete all channels, reload list or just scan some hd channels in and see then.
Failing that do complete factory reset and start again.
Lip sync was sorted out long agon on these receivers tbh.

has this box got an audio sync option where you can adjust the sync +/- ms ?

No mate, but have S9/S10 at home and friends house working 100% no lip sync issues.

my hd channals are bang on its just the non hd and to be fair i can watch the others on my vm box
