Linguine(pasta) with prawns

A fresh summer pasta easy to make

Serve 4
Ingredients
380 g linguine pasta
prawns from the overall weight of 1 Kg
10 cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1\/2 cup of white wine
1\/2 glass of comics (or water seafood)
oil, salt, pepper

Method:

Clean off the black line on the prawns top ( cutting it)
In a large frying pan, put copious amounts of olive oil and a clove of garlic.
Add the prawns, cover and cook until the prawns will not change color and become a vivid orange.
At this point, lift the prawns from the Pan and place them on a cutting board.With a shears cut them lengthwise so you can extract the pulp.Put aside the pulp.
Put the prawns meat in a pan and then fry in oil. Add the comic, Deglaze with white wine and add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook slowly for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, Cook linguine in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and place in a pan together with sauce of prawns.
Add the chopped parsley and blow up the linguine with prawns in a pan over high heat.
Serve in dishes with fresh parsley.
