latest wiiflow help and tut

looking for latest wiiflow and a tut on how to install it, been over 12 months since i touched mine and have forgotten how to do it.

what i after doing in my 2gb card is clean nothing on it, so i need to know what files i need to get latest wiiflow to work and wad manager etc etc and what about games already on hard drive will they still work OK.
