Lasagna with artichokes

Another delicious dish vegetarian but very tasty,

Serve 3

Ingredients
150 g of dry pasta lasagna ( the strip already cut foe cook it in oven )
5 gr nutmeg
2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil,
20 g of flour,
salt,pepper
100 ml milk,
30 g of butter,
3 artichokes,
50 g of Parmesan Cheese

Method

Clean the artichokes and cut into thin wedges in a pan with salt and 1 tbsp oil.
Put in oven for 10 minutes then passed the artichokes in the mixer
Cook lasagne and drain, drop the pasta after, in the cold water on a canvas.
In a pan melt butter, add the cream of artichokes and flavoring it for 10 minutes ,stirring occasionally.
Add mixing ,the flour, milk and a pinch of nutmeg and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
Take a baking sheet, butter it , place a layer of lasagna on the bottom and cover with cream and Parmesan with artichokes, repeat the layers until the end of the ingredients.
Put in oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. When cooked, remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
