£250 ?? From what I can tell the KV Phoenix is based on the Mstar MSD7828 CPU at 216 mhz... Not exactly cutting edge high quality hardware. It's bargain basement hardware.. Check AliExpress China sellers are selling STB's with this same CPU for 25-50 dolalrs per peice in volume !
So at £250 quid this is a major rip off... Consider a Twin-Tuner VU-DUO Satellite reciever with a Broadcom 400Mhz CPU comes in at roughly £ 160. Again most of the fee your paying is the equivalent of paying for a cardshare subscription. Avoid and move to the sat scene.
