My biggest gripe is the user interface, it's just not very intuitive.
I was also bitterly disapointed after purchase as I bought the box for my Daughter who suffers from a weak signal so the only reason I bought the box was because it is touted as having a strong 'UK Tuner', well maybe it does have a 'UK Tuner', but it's not a very good one if it is, my old Sagem Dbox2 gets far better results.
My daughter now has my Dbox2 and I have the Kryptview as she was missing loads of channels.
I agree, it's not the worst box and with 'he who shall not be named' releasing quick fixes - it gets more appealling every day.
