just ordered a duo - best image to use??

i have just ordered my Vu+ DUO and it will be here tomorrow:banana::banana:

anyway, i hope to get it all rigged up on Saturday so can anyone tell me please what is the best image to use?? also, is there anything else you may think i need to know for sat when setting up this box

You will need a usb stick to flash the image and i can recommend the VIX Team Vu+ Duo Image - 05/09/2010
and there is plenty of support just google
