So I bought a Japanese Wii about two weeks ago and turns out, it was modded to English, to my disappointment, I wanted it in Japanese for a reason. So I load a Jp. game and it worked well, but the menus in the console itself were in English. I figured since the console was Japanese, I'd format the system memory to take me back to its original Jp state. Needless to say, the console was still in English BUT the system would not read any JP game. I then learned that the previous owner had modded it to be in English. I then open up the console and remove the (English) mod chip. The console works but now acts like an American counterpart. I want to turn it back into JP mode but have no clue what to do now.
Japanese Wii needs to be reverted.
