Is Sky Broadband really "Unlimited" (fair use policy)

I switched from Virgin to Sky broadband
I hated the way it was cut back after 4gb on Virgin
Never looked back, constantly down loading Bluray movies with no capping !!

I feel like the only one on ADSL who gets pants speeds. I'm just over a mile from the exchange. Must have that alu crap mentioned above
