every time i log in this site i got this message

i do not know why can not i be able to upload and downloads any thing,,,,about two week before i never had this problem.

Downloads were disabled a few weeks ago at the same time the cable rooms were removed. There are stickies posted explaining this on the forum

The downloads section was removed.
Maybe the address you are trying to access from your bookmark is for the downloads section, hence the error msg??
