Ipk download and install

Hi Guys

Sorry I wasn't sure which section to post this but I would like to host an ipk file for installing onto enigma2 receivers using telnet command. I have the ipk file uploaded to domain ready to go but I have no idea what command would be needed to telnet to the box to have it download and automatically install. Is there anyone that can help with this please? TIA
