1. Can it be unlocked?

2. Can it be jailbroken?

3. Can I convert a standard sim to fit it?

answer to #3 is you can definitely cut a standard sim to micro sim size. U can buy a sim cutter of ebay for next to nothing or you could get a replacement sim for your phone.

Is it 'unjailbreakable' because of the phone or the ios?

it will cost to get the unlock - but atleast a perm solution rather than a hack.

it's not jailbreakable yet as iOS6 only came out days ago - no time for the hackers to work on it

Once it's unlocked by the carrier - it's permanently network unlocked. If it's unlocked by jailbreaking - restoring it would probably make it revert back to the original carrier.

Once you have upgraded to iOS6 - but can not downgrade. You will have to wait till a solution is found to JB iOS6. Could be weeks, could be months.

if the owner had it on contract vodafone unlock it for free, had mine done about a month ago. you have to pay if it was on PAYG
