The cline in the other receiver is OK and I don't understand what this 12000 is
In post 11, I asked a question: "Are you using the script control version or softcam manager control?" You did not answer, your picture has answered the question.
Forget Softcam manager and continue to use the Softcam Script. You can then select/restart CCcam.
Menu > Setup > Softcam Script
You can also check status by
Blue > CCcam info

That is the port number you connect to the server with.

Your picture of DCC shows "FTP not connected". Are you 100% sure that you transferred the CCCam.cfg file to /etc
I would also suggest you uninstall all the softcams you are not using. i.e mgcam, oscam, ncam, newcs
Unless your provider has allowed it, you can only connect one device per line. Perhaps try switching off the other box and restarting CCCam on this box.

12000 is the port number for connection this could be any number but 12000 is default and common. I line without a port number wont connect or clear anything.

I still don't understand where to put the password in 12000 receiver
