i have another one of these receivers running flawlessly,can I create a system img from it and install it on the one now giving me issues?

if its same model yes you can

install dflash make a backup

I installed pl1 4,it is a nice img and the wireless is fine,but I cant seem to get os cam/ccam to work?

what versions of oscam/CCcam are you running

best to manually install newer version

I install the latest cc cam,green to activate,but its not up and running,then when I reboot it not there at all?
