hi there people i am looking for a cheap lcd or led or plasma tv 40 incch or above

it has to have (3d,full hd 1080p,optical out,3 or more hdmi, )

and 400 pound mark at the most,

I'd go for this deal if I were you mate. I bought the 50 inch version last Saturday and its fantastic value for money. The picture blows my 3 year old 50 inch panny out of the water. Watched avatar 3d the other day on it too, and I must say I was very impressed.

Reviews are so and so. I think the price has come down to £400 now.
