Hudderfields Net ID problem

Can anyone help me I'm unable to get my Dbox up and running. Have Net IDs for Hudderfield but nothing happening any ideas anyone.

as long as you have a new image then under the services menu channel scan

netid details must be all filled then saved then reboot the box


then fast scan for channels as thats what the netid is all about really m8
