How much do you drink?

I dont drink very much at all. Maybe twice a year or something, and one of those times being my Bday. But when I do drink, I do drink to excess. I guess I am the stereotypical binge drinker. lol

does the punters in the gay bar u work in not offer to buy u drinks?

Share ideas on how to take your mind off drinking.
For me I get in from work and get that taste for a glass of wine or a beer, then thats me for the evening. It will be a night drinking.

Willpower ?

They say it takes your body around 4 to 6 weeks to kick the habit.

For me it wasn't one event that caused me to cut back/stop. But once I started to feel the health and financial benefits it made it much easier to keep going.

For some people slowly cutting back helps, for others going cold turkey works best.

im not really a drinker ive lived in pubs all my life from wen i was a kid never drunk dont like it strange ant it lol i used nick odd bottle hooch wen was teenager for wen going nappy night lol

use to run an offie for years and i dont drink

I have seen what drink does to you

diabetics having their feet cut off cos they dont know when to stop

heavy drinkers dying of cancer or heart attacks / strokes cos they drink every night

married women battling depression drinking wine every night

then u got the middle aged men who look like oaps cos they drink excessively

but you are all grown ups and you can do what ya want

only really when i want , had a few on my works do , but its nothing on a regular basis , i will have a few at christmas ,
