I assume you mean version. Take a look at the motherboard even post a picture of your motherboard and someone will identify it. To be honest there are loads of threads on clone identification if you search for them.

Yep you have a Lorinson clone solo 2.
What version image you need need to be trial and error.
First flash a v2 image then v3 then v4 when the images stop booting the previous image that did boot tell you the version so just return to that image.

Check the tuner config is correct for the sat your scanning.

Just restart box if that does not work then reflash.

when i take off the Ethernet Cable off from the back of the the then it goes to the menu

Could possibly be a IP conflict on your network so reboot your network and try again.
