So had a take out on Saturday with the Mrs had nothing unusual chowmein about half hour later start getting indigestion so take the usual gaviscon. didn't touch it so went bed about 9 thinking sleep it off be fine in morning..
ended up at A&E at 1am just could not settle stomach felt like it wanted to pop out, back was hurting like i've never felt before..
They ran the normal tests, only way I could get some sort of comfort was squatting down but the nurse told me to get on the bed because it looked like I was going to pass out..
I was panicking as there is history of AAA in the family my old mans just had the op on his but the doctor kind of put my mind at rest and said if it was I would be in a black sleeping bag. Any way they gave me 3mg of morphine worked for a whole 15 mins then back to normal next lot was the full 10mg wow I was away with the fairies at that point!!
Doctor who saw me was a bit of a numpty tbh but ended up having an argument with the registrar's as to who was going to take me, his argument for surgical was if I had a perforation then it was surgical they seemed to want me on medical ward.
Got home yesterday afternoon after waiting for a scan but they had no slots so told me they would do it as an out patient, they are treating it as Gastritis with possibility of it being Gall stones. I still don't feel right though stomach is a little bubbly think thats because i'm scared of eating to much and my head jesus bad headache for last day think thats a side effect of the morphine? Think I need a good Poo as well lol.
