Hi am a newbie to the sat world and needs help, I just got a technomate TM5302 HD that needs to be patched and I don't how to do that HELP! Can anyone give me a step by step info from getting the unit out of the box to setting up to viewing many thanks.:grayno:

come on buddy that would be far too boring, having step by step info on opening a box, as a newb meself i started at the begining and the best advice i can give you is "slowly slowly catch monkey" one step at a time and it is more satisfying having done it yourself. please do update me (and others) on your progress and sticking points, and i'm sure help/advice will be forthcoming, good luck my friend, and hope to hear from you soon.:eater:

Hi, I too am a newbie having bought a TM-6902HD-T2 Super and as you say "slowly slowly catch monkey" the manual in English but sometimes I find it difficult to follow and maybe someone could tell me how to add a Satellite.

thanks,

Hi queque,

...maybe someone could tell me how to add a Satellite.

Download either of the following files (links below) and check out the 'Read Me' file... everything you need to know is in there...

You may also want to download the Editor program (link below)

I hope this helps...

Thank you ,
This will keep me busy over the weekend, the first one is for Windows I use a Mac the other two opened no problem

thanks again.

Ah - I remember when I started out with my TM - I had a lot of questions. Take your time to read through the posts on this forum - Just about everything you want to know has been asked and answered before.

Google is your friend - and so is the search function on you-tube.

Have confidence mate it really is a piece of cake, once you've done it you will wonder what you were worried about.
Plenty of help available here.

Hi again queque,

...the first one is for Windows I use a Mac...

This subject had come up previously... have a look at the following thread (link below)

https://www.digitalworldz.co.uk/index.php?threads/289962/

Look at posts... #31 #33 #34 #36 #38 #39 #40 #41 #42 #43 and any future posts...

NB
NDFEdit 1.66 and Clarke-Tech Editor Studio 3.18 are both Windows programs... and to my knowledge there are no Mac alternatives available...

Best Wishes,
Zorch
