Help with picon location

Guys,

I have a VU+ Ultimo running the newest version of BH. I've spent half the day reading how to setup picon on the VU+ and I still am having no luck. Is there a step by step guide anywhere on the net?

I have Rats channels all working fine with the auto update all working well for some months now.

So I have the picon rar folder and I have ftp it to hdd media/hdd but no luck. I guess I have to do something with it but have no idea what. I've read about having a folder called piconlcd but again no other idea.

Any advice or point me to a step by step guide would be ace..

you need to un pack it mate
then transfer the whole picon folder to /media/usb or /media/hdd
usb is better imo
Im not familiar with that image though so maybe slightly different ?

I've unpacked it, ftp it to the hdd/media as a folder called picon and rebooted and nothing?!

So where am I going wrong?

do you have a spare USB stick to try ?

It does look like that. I'll try it on a usb stick. Do I have to do anything special to get it to look at the USB stick?

formatt to fat32 on pc

insert to box abd then inisialise usb via hsrddisk setup
tyen transfer the picons to /media/usb
