help with old tomtom one

been using my samsung s2 for satnav for couple of years with no bother but now its always losing gps so got my old tt one out and updated it on home . now its telling me the map can't be used with this device. its a few years since i used it and the map is uk v835.2421. any help ? i had a back up but on my old pc that i don't have now.
bloody thing it worked ok this morning til i clicked on the tt home
any pointers ?

Registered "gpsunderground" but never got a return e-mail therefore cannot post with them or Ask/complain about as I cannot post ,
Any one else had same problem , but there is a nice big green donate to forum button.
