Help recovering a Clone S10

Hi, im just setup a box for a friend and it was a clone , i got the recovey tool and the new official fw, is there a guide anywhere or dose any body know what boxes to check/change

Port=Com1
Parity=Even
Bits Rate=115200
Operation Mode=Upgrade
Include Bootloader ????

the only thing i can think of is if you are using a usb to serial the port wont be com1 more likely com 3
the bit rate should the one lower than that maybe something like 9600
and i think as it is bricked you would need the boot loader but not sure about that

I think these are the settings but as i have never used it dont take my word for it try without the boot loader first as your firmware might not have a boot loader it would need to be a very early firmware to have a bootloader
