Skybox F3 help please

I have an f3 in the bedroom and I can view box nation no issues but downstairs I have an f3s and it will not let me view box nation says scrambled but sound whys this please.

bobby 123 I have put new channel list on both boxes but the f3s still the same black screen says scrambled on box nation but sound

this is a common issue when your skybox has an older FIRMWARE (not just channel list) on it, try downloading the very latest firmware for the F3, install it and reboot (essential) then try again
