im looking at buying a blade bm7000 and wanted to know what i should be looking for, ie clone boxes or ones to avoid. thanks

I got mine on a well known internet auction site,(Am i allowed to say ebay?) there's lots of sellers there.
You should be looking at spending £150 incl p&p.
As manic01 says, there isn't any clones/rippoffs YET! (it's such a good piece of kit it's only a matter of time though)

Tthanks for all the fast replies.
Basicly im sick of paying sky prices so decide to go a different root.
For the blade 7000 to work and get A decent channel LIST, am i right in thinking that all i need is the blade box, a decent satalite dish, broadband conection and a upto date firmware?

That's why most/all sack Sly TV. if you have/had Sly TV the dish & cable are perfect for your Blade, the built in Blade software will populate your regional TV channels at the press of a button (or two).
You'll need an ethernet cable from your broadband router to your Blade and the latest 'patched firmware to use it 'to it's full potential'

Thanks for that fast reply.
After doing a bit more research i am really getting into all this.
also managed to get the the firm ware patch and also the csinfo txt file.
