Help please with MOSC

I'm having my first attempt at making a MOSC, have read through the tutorials on Wolverine's site, and it all seems pretty straightforward except one thing, can some please tell me how I put my Elvis programmer in Phoenix mode?? <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
