Help on getting on hub

I was on hub 31/12 about 20:30 was ok, i was getting messages saying new version dc++ available i have tried to connect this morning and am getting


*** Connecting to digital-worlds.kicks-ass.net...
*** Connection refused by target machine


as i was running old version of dc++ i have latest 0.305 and heve installed but am still getting above any help gratfully accepted
