Help need to send rrod Console to microsoft

My console Went rrod last night, on went online and filled in the page at microsoft now I have a e-mail with a return lable for ups
and now another e-mail for me to set up a time to pick it up by UPS

what do I do guys, do I have to box this console up and with this lable I have to print off

give us some headers on what to do, not sent one back before.

all you do is put it in a plain box and print off the bar code email they send you a stick that on top

or if you ring MS they will send you a box but it delays the process as you can't arrange delivery of teh box and pick up of the console at teh same time i.e. get the box, console in, tape up give back to driver.

Thanks for the advice, sorted a box out and the lable
They should be picking it up sometime today.
