Help a newbie out with buying sat

Hi there, I'm a complete newbie when it comes to satelite, but i want a satelite system that picks up the european channels for free. I have spotted an auction on ebay and was hoping some of you guys might give me your opinions.

Can i get fee european channels with this setup here

if not can you's point me in the right direction.

also how complicated is it to set these things up. I'm no technophobic like, I can use linux for some stuff and configure remote linux servers, so you can see i'm not going to run if it requires a bit of learning : mr ed :

its about the only place to get it from mate if you dont want to pay over the odds
