Have a look at this link for making bogus sms. I could have a lot of fun with this one,but not sure if its dodgy has anyone tryed it out???

Looks to me like just a simple way of getting peoples phone numbers for sales purposes.
I don't see why that website would be hosting such a feature?
If you go to http://www.upload.co.uk/ then there is no link to it that I can see.
How did you come about it?

It really does look to me like a way of getting phone numbers to give to sales teams etc (or sell on)

Got it of a fella at work but am a bit worried if i try that my next phone bill will be huge as i put it to him that his next bill could be stung. Has any one heard of this type of bogus sms?

There is also the lines that says 'Once you receive a text back....'
It can cost you quite a bit to received that text.

It probably works, but not much is for free nowadays - I wont be giving my mobile onto any unsecure websites

yeh mate i know what you mean! I would love to try though. I could stitch up a lot of my mates with that. Just hope someone out there has tryed and tested this.

sending free sms from the net is relatively easy, they are sent via email to the sms provider so if you know the address the network is using you can send free sms
i used to have that feature on my website but its a pain in the arse keeping all the providers info up to date so i binned it

this is not a free sms site. This is where you can send sms from one phone to another without them both knowing its from you but thinking its from the other person and vice versa!!

I hope that makes sense?
