Does anyone know what the lumen output is for a standard 50W halogen GU10?

Looking to get some warm white LED spots but they need to be dimmable to use with my triac controller.

Already have non dimmable 8 x 48x3528 SMDs in Warm White in my kitchen and they are not really bright enough (300 Lumen) and bought 4 x 60x3528 SMDs for my bathroom in cool white (380 Lumen) and this seems bright enough.

The issue is most dimmables are either Edison bulb which kept blowing hence why i replaced those in my bathroom or they are 5050 SMD which I've not used and seem to be anything between 20 and 27 SMDs and get mixed reviews on performance.

Just being cautious as they are not bloody cheap (approx £90 for 8 bulbs for my living room)

Especially concerning when you read reviews like this

Bloody typical, I post then come across something:

Looks like these are suitable and offer the best performance, so decided to plump for these

If I go direct to the seller rather than buying them through amazon they are £115 for 10.
