Just had a courier waking me up to collect and replace a faulty monitor.


Why cant they email and inform you the replacement is on its way, wasnt even ready, courier not happy like me getting woke from my beauty sleep, and yes i need it,.

You'd be supprised how often this happens m8.

I use to be a courier in 7 1/2 tonners.

Some more favourite I used to see alot.

  • Customers informed be retailer of a delivery days b4 it arrives at depot so driver gets it in the neck from customers when it turns up a few days l8r.
  • Customers informed by retailer that courier will pick up the old object being replaced but never actually ordering a courier pickup. Also get it in neck from customer.
Don't get angry at driver. Chances are he was up at 5 or 6am. Loaded his vehicle risked life and limb to get parcell 2 u. Has 100 Parcels still to deliver. Remember him at xmas :Cheers: :proud:
