Got rid of your item? or not needed any more?

Is it possible for members who start a thread wanting or getting rid of items to let the other members no in the same thread when they have gotten what they wanted or gotten rid of what they advertised?

This would save a lot of members including me asking, "Is this still available?" or "Do you still need this item?"
