Gmail down ?

Hi guys,

Anyone in here use Gmail / googlemail, and can you access it at the moment ?.

Ive had no access for 3days,

it trys to log in, but just never gets there

I havent got a clue what the problem could be here. (North Lanarkshire area)

Even tried logging in, after starting the computer in safe mode, but still get the msg, connection to google mail, cannot be established (or along those lines).
Everything else on computer & connection to the net all ok.

Had a quick search, and found some other places around the world reporting "gmail) was down

Stumped !!

All is well with gmail in my neck of the woods.

Dont think it would make a difference, but have you checked your firewall or anyother blocking software.

it could be that your machine is black-listed in some way. I'd try to login
from a different computer and if it works, I'd then check that your machine has not been compromised.
