formatting h/d to wbfs for wii flow

you can also start the config loader then put a game dvd in the wii and press + then follow the onscreen instructions to load a game to the hd and then download the covers from the menu.
it takes about 8 mins to load a game to the hd

which files do i put on my hdd ? so i can boot directly from hdd and not sd card.

all of the files that are the insdroot folder + cfg50_fat.dol renamed to boot.dol to replace the original boot.dol
