This is doin me head in now, managed to get navcore 8 on my mates Go 520 and also the V8 UK and Ireland maps, when I start the device with no pc connection it goes to the select language screen and shows the message "can't mount flash and no alternative flash directory found" and freezes. but if I reset it connect to pc and run it through TT Home 2 it will load up and let me use operate my tomtom perfectly, I have tried a hard reset and tomtom clear flash tool,and theres a 2 gig sd card in the unit please can someone help.
