Fitting sky raven 60cm dish, bolts and plugs

I have ordered a raven 60cm sky dish. It doesn't come with wall fixings. I was thinking m10x60mm grey rawl plugs with m10x60mm coach screws. But I can't find full thread coach screw. Maybe I'm being stupid but do the screws not have to be full thread to wind in rawl plugs.

i did look at thunderbolts, which don't require rawl plugs but having never used them I don't know how safe they are...

ive determined the position of the sky dish and how high it needs to be for cables to enter roof space. I'm thinking about 6ft from corner of gable wall as think wind would be stronger near the corner but maybe I'm wrong.

any other advice to make this installation go smoothly..

The rawl plugs will be fine and yes the thread does not go to the bolt head tip only 3/4, As long as you tighten everything up nicely after aligning should be good to go
